*Latest In Beauty Review.

Hello everyone. So you may have seen last month that I did a post on WishWant.co.uk and I asked if anyone would like to see me do an actual review of the item that I received and so here it is. If you would like to read my WishWant.co.uk review post then you can here.

So my Latest In Beauty Box that I received from WishWant.co.uk was a his and hers box and so I was really interested to see what items would be featured. Now you may be wondering what I did with the 'his' products and I can announce that I gave them to my dad as his Fathers Day presents and he seemed pretty thrilled. So they didn't go to waste and so I can't tell you about those items but I can tell you my thoughts on the other items. Some of the items I received were full sized items and others were sample sizes/smaller sizes but I'm only basing my review on the product and not the size because you do get different sized products in a beauty box.

So as you can see the post was filled with so many products and it was fun to see what was in it.

The 'His' items were - Dove Men Shaving Cream, Dove Men Moisturiser and Jimmy Choo Man Eau de Toilette.

In the box I got a heart shaped flannel/cloth which looked nice but when I opened it and used it, it was awful. It was so rough on my skin and it wasn't soft at all. So unfortunately that was one of the first items that I didn't like. I am also unsure what brand it was.

Then I got some samples and they were the Kissing lipstick samples from Charlotte Tilbury in Nude Kate and Bitch Perfect. They weren't the best samples in the world as they were a bit fiddly but the lipstick looked nice on my lips. I also got a sample of the Pixi Flawless and Poreless primer which I loved. I got a sample of the Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum and it smells amazing, it's such a fruity scent and I love carrying it around in my hand bag. I would definitely repurchase the Pixi Flawless and Poreless Primer and the Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum. I wouldn't repurchase a Charlotte Tilbury Kissing lipstick.

I then tried the Percy and Reed Abundantly Bouncy Volumising Mousse. I don't tend to use products in my hair as I just feel like they make my hair look more greasy but this surprisingly didn't. It gave my hair a bit of bounce and I enjoyed using it.

Then I tried the Wild about Beauty Eyeshadow in Eva and I really loved it. It's a very deep brown but applies slightly lighter on the eye lids. This shadow is quite pigmented and leaves a lovely finish to the eye. I really love this eyeshadow.

Next I tried the Crabtree & Evelyn nail lacquer in Apple and it's a really nice nail polish. For me personally, red just doesn't suit me and so I don't think I'll be wearing it again but it's a good nail polish.

Then I tried the Rituals Hammam Delight Foaming Shower Gel Sensation. I haven't quite finished this product yet but I have used it 4 times now. I feel like the best part about this product is the fact that it foams up. The scent isn't really my cup of tea but I will continue to use it. I wouldn't repurchase this item.

I then decided to use the Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde Mascara which is an okay mascara. It doesn't blow me away and I do find that it tends to fall down on your face after about 20 minutes of me wearing it, which is a bit of a let down but it's not the worse mascara I have ever used. I wouldn't repurchase this item.

Then onto the final make up item I tried the MeMeMe Cherub's Blush Cheek and Lip Tint. I didn't like this product in the slightest. This was a lip and cheek product but it was just awful. I liked the concept of the product but that was about it. It stained my lips and cheeks and when I applied it to my cheeks you couldn't blend it and so it just didn't work out for me. I definitely wouldn't repurchase this item.

Then I tried the Sanctuary Spa White Lily and Damask Body Lotion which smelt incredible and it was lovely on the skin. I really enjoyed using this product. It was quite a standard body lotion really and so that's why I don't have much to say. I wouldn't repurchase this item.

Then finally I tried the Spiezia Facial Cleanser which again was a no from me. I think again it was the scent that really put me off. It was just so overwhelming and I just didn't like it. As for the product it was sticky and didn't remove my make up very well so that wasn't a success. I did like the fact that this product is natural and organic. I wouldn't repurchase this item.

So that's everything that I got in my Latest In Beauty His and Hers Box. Overall I wasn't very impressed with it but I thought I'd share it anyway. This review was quite short and snappy because I didn't really have much to say about the products as I was quite disappointed.

Have you tried any of these products? What do you think about Latest In Beauty?
